PROCEDURE


  1. Click here

    READ VALUE USING GTS


    1. Connect the GTS to the DLC3.

    2. Turn the power switch on (IG).

    3. Turn the GTS on.

    4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Main Body / Data List.

    5. Read the display on the GTS.

    INSPECT LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the luggage compartment door lock assembly (Click here).

    2. Inspect the luggage compartment door lock assembly (Click here).

      OK
      Luggage compartment door lock assembly is normal.

  3. Click here

    CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY - MAIN BODY ECU (MULTIPLEX NETWORK BODY ECU))


    1. Disconnect the H10 main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) connector.

    2. Disconnect the P14 No. 1 luggage compartment light assembly connector.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      U3-3 (D+) - H10-19 (LGCY) Always Below 1 Ω
      U3-3 (D+) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      U3-2 (E) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω

      REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
