DESCRIPTION

This DTC is stored if the multi-media module receiver assembly receives a signal via CAN communication from the spiral cable with sensor sub-assembly that indicates an internal malfunction.

CAUTION / NOTICE / HINT

Note:

  • When "System initializing" is displayed on the multi-display assembly after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal, correct the steering angle neutral point (Click here).

  • Depending on the parts that are replaced or operations that are performed during vehicle inspection or maintenance, calibration of other systems as well as the parking assist monitor system may be needed (Click here).

PROCEDURE


  1. Click here

    REPLACE SPIRAL CABLE WITH SENSOR SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Replace the spiral cable with sensor sub-assembly (Click here).


  2. Click here

    CHECK DTC OUTPUT


    1. Clear the DTCs (Click here).

    2. Check for DTCs (Click here).

      OK
      DTC C1626 is not output.

    • OK

      END

    • NG
