    CHECK CONTRACT FLAG


    1. Check the contract flag.


      1. Enter diagnostic mode (Click here).

        Select "Service Information" on the "Service Menu" screen.

      3. A0008RJ

        Select "G-BOOK Info for Contract" on the "Service Information" screen.

      4. A0008GZ

        Check if the flag information shown in the illustration indicates "1".

  2. Click here

    PERFORM OPERATION AGAIN


    1. Perform the contract procedure again.


      1. Select G-BOOK.com and perform the contract procedure again (Click here).

      2. Check for the problem symptom.
