DESCRIPTION

This DTC will be stored when either of the following conditions is met:

B15EF Mayday ID is invalid -

PROCEDURE


  1. Click here

    CHECK DEVICE


    1. Check the part replacement history.


      1. Check if the multi-media module receiver assembly or telematics transceiver has been replaced in the past.

    2. Check the mayday ID.


      1. Enter diagnostic mode (Click here).

      2. A00059Q

        Select "Service Information" on the "Service Menu" screen.

      3. A0009BA

        Select "DCM Information" on the "Service Information" screen.

      4. A0003SR

        Check the mayday ID using the "DCM Information" screen.

    3. Contact the G-BOOK support center.


      1. Contact the G-BOOK support center and inform them of the following:


        • Replacement history of the multi-media module receiver assembly

        • Replacement history of the telematics transceiver

        • Mayday ID

        Tip:

        The G-BOOK support center will perform an investigation and provide the results.

      2. Perform the vehicle contract setting (Click here).

    1. Clear the DTCs (Click here).
