DESCRIPTION

This DTC is stored when items controlled by the front power seat switch cannot be customized via the navigation system vehicle customization screen.

Tip:

The front power seat switch controls the front power seat control system (w/ Memory) related items that are customizable via the multi-display assembly screen.

    CHECK CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM


    1. Use the GTS to check if the CAN communication system is functioning normally (Click here).

      OK
      CAN communication DTCs are not output.

  2. Click here

    CHECK FRONT POWER SEAT CONTROL SYSTEM (w/ Memory)


    1. Check if the front power seat control system (w/ Memory) is malfunctioning (Click here).

      Tip:

      Customization may not be possible depending on the malfunction in the front power seat control system (w/ Memory).

      OK
      No malfunctions are present in the front power seat control system (w/ Memory).

  3. Click here

    CHECK CUSTOMIZE INFORMATION


    1. Display the "Other Vehicle Settings" screen.

    2. Make a note of the customizable items for the front power seat control system (w/ Memory).

      Tip:

      These front power seat control system (w/ Memory) items shown as customizable via the multi-display assembly vehicle customization screen can also be changed using the GTS. In the following step, use the GTS.


      1. To match-up the items on the multi-display assembly with the items on the GTS, check the customize parameters list for the front power seat control system (w/ Memory) related items that can be customized via the multi-display assembly screen (Click here).

    3. Using the GTS, confirm that it is possible to change the settings of the front power seat control system (w/ Memory) related customize parameters that are shown as customizable via the multi-display assembly screen.
