   REMOVE SHIFT LEVER SUPPORT

2. Click here

   REMOVE LOWER NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL AIRBAG ASSEMBLY

   (Click here)

3. Click here

   REMOVE FLOOR CARPET BRACKET RH

   Click here

4. Click here

   REMOVE AIRBAG SENSOR ASSEMBLY

   Click here

5. Click here

   REMOVE POWER MANAGEMENT CONTROL ECU

   Click here

6. Click here

   LOOSEN ADJUSTING NUT

   
   
   1. 

      Remove the lock nut and loosen the adjusting nut.

   SEPARATE NO. 4 PARKING BRAKE CABLE ASSEMBLY

   
   
   1. 

      Separate the No. 4 parking brake cable assembly from the parking brake pedal sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

   REMOVE PARKING BRAKE PEDAL SUB-ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Turn back the floor carpet.

   2. 

      Remove the clip from the No. 1 parking brake cable assembly.

   3. Remove the bolt and 2 nuts, and separate the No. 1 parking brake cable assembly.

   4. 

      Disconnect the parking brake switch assembly connector.

   5. 

      Remove the bolt, 2 nuts and parking brake pedal sub-assembly.
