PROCEDURE

1. Click here

   REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL REINFORCEMENT ASSEMBLY WITH AIR CONDITIONING UNIT

   Tip:

   Use the same procedure as for LHD (Click here).

2. Click here

   REMOVE BRAKE PEDAL STROKE SENSOR ASSEMBLY

   Click here

3. Click here

   REMOVE HEADLIGHT LEVELING ECU ASSEMBLY (w/ Automatic Headlight Beam Level Control System)

   Click here

4. Click here

   REMOVE STOP LIGHT SWITCH ASSEMBLY

   Click here

5. Click here

   REMOVE STOP LIGHT SWITCH MOUNTING ADJUSTER

6. Click here

   REMOVE PUSH ROD PIN

   
   
   1. 

      Remove the clip and push rod pin.

7. Click here

   REMOVE BRAKE PEDAL RETURN SPRING

   
   
   1. 

      Remove the brake pedal return spring from the brake pedal support assembly.

8. Click here

   REMOVE BRAKE PEDAL SUPPORT ASSEMBLY

   
   
   1. 

      Disengage the 3 clamps and separate the wire harness from the brake pedal support assembly.

   2. 

      Disengage the clamp and separate the wire harness from the brake pedal support assembly.

   3. 

      Remove the 4 nuts and brake pedal support assembly.
