BLOWER UNIT REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE BLOWER ASSEMBLY (for LHD)

      Disengage each clamp.

    2. Disconnect the connector.

    3. A00055Y

      Remove the 2 screws.

    4. A0006OL

      Disengage the 2 guides as shown in the illustration.

    5. Disengage the 2 claws to remove the blower assembly.

  3. REMOVE BLOWER ASSEMBLY (for RHD)


    1. A0003TE

      Disengage each clamp.

    2. Disconnect the connector.

    3. A0005MI

      Remove the 2 screws.

    4. A0005OB

      Disengage the 2 claws to remove the blower assembly.

  4. REMOVE NO. 2 AIR DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A0009BZ

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the No. 2 air duct sub-assembly.

  5. REMOVE AIR FILTER COVER PLATE


    1. A0003SV

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the air filter cover plate.

  6. REMOVE CLEAN AIR FILTER


    1. A0006GF

      Remove the clean air filter as shown in the illustration.
