ГИДРОАККУМУЛЯТОР ПРИВОДА СЦЕПЛЕНИЯ (для моделей с 1AD-FTV, 2AD-FHV) УСТАНОВКА


  1. INSTALL CLUTCH ACCUMULATOR ASSEMBLY


    1. A01IQ2P

      Install the clutch accumulator assembly to the transaxle assembly with the 3 bolts.

      Torque:
      12 N*m  { 122 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf }
    2. A01IRYT

      Connect the flexible hose with the clip.

    3. Install the accumulator to flexible hose tube with the bolt.

      Torque:
      8.0 N*m  { 82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf }

    4. Using a union nut wrench, connect the accumulator to flexible hose tube to the clutch accumulator assembly and flexible hose.

      Torque:
      15 N*m  { 155 kgf*cm, 11 ft.*lbf }

      Use the formula to calculate special torque values for situations where a union nut wrench is combined with a torque wrench Click here.

    5. Using a union nut wrench, connect the clutch release cylinder to accumulator tube to the clutch accumulator assembly.

      Torque:
      15 N*m  { 155 kgf*cm, 11 ft.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL BATTERY CARRIER


    1. A01ISD1

      Install the battery carrier with the 4 bolts.

      Torque:
      19 N*m  { 189 kgf*cm, 14 ft.*lbf }

    2. Attach the 2 clamps to connect the wire harness.

  3. INSTALL BATTERY TRAY

  4. INSTALL BATTERY

  5. INSTALL BATTERY INSULATOR

  6. INSTALL BATTERY CLAMP SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01IP71

      Attach the hook of the battery clamp to the battery carrier.

    2. Partially tighten the nut and temporarily install the bolt.

    3. Adjust the battery clamp position.

    4. Tighten the nut and bolt.

      Torque:
      for bolt
      17 N*m  { 168 kgf*cm, 12 ft.*lbf }
      for nut
      3.5 N*m  { 36 kgf*cm, 31 in.*lbf }

  7. INSTALL RADIATOR SUPPORT OPENING COVER


    1. A01IRWC

      Установите крышку отверстия кронштейна радиатора и закрепите ее 5 фиксаторами.

  8. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER


    1. A01IRQL

      Установите защиту картера двигателя № 1 и закрепите ее 10 фиксаторами и 6 болтами.

  9. INSTALL FRONT LOWER BUMPER ABSORBER


    1. A01IPJ8

      Вставьте 2 зацепа переднего нижнего поглотителя энергии удара в установочные отверстия в кузове, чтобы закрепить передний нижний поглотитель энергии удара.

    2. Вверните 4 болта.

    3. A01IOQE

      Установите 2 фиксатора.

  10. CONNECT CABLE TO POSITIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

  11. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

  12. INSTALL BATTERY SERVICE HOLE COVER


    1. A01ITOM

      Установите крышку технологического отверстия аккумуляторной батареи и закрепите ее фиксатором.

  13. BLEED CLUTCH LINE


    1. for 1AD-FTV:

      Bleed the clutch line Click here.

    2. for 2AD-FHV:

      Bleed the clutch line Click here.

  14. INSPECT FLUID LEVEL


    1. A01INQ3

      Проверьте уровень жидкости.

      Если уровень тормозной жидкости ниже отметки MIN, убедитесь в отсутствии утечек и проверьте тормозные колодки. При необходимости долейте тормозную жидкость в бачок до отметки MAX после замены или ремонта.

      Тормозная жидкость
      SAE J1704 или FMVSS № 116 DOT 4

  15. INSPECT FLUID LEAK
