РАДИАТОР СНЯТИЕ


  1. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

  2. RECOVER REFRIGERANT FROM REFRIGERATION SYSTEM (w/ Air Conditioning System)


    1. Запустите двигатель.

    2. Установите выключатель системы кондиционирования в положение ON (ВКЛ).

    3. Включите компрессор системы кондиционирования при частоте вращения коленчатого вала двигателя около 1000 об/мин на 5-6 мин, чтобы прокачать хладагент и собрать оставшееся в узлах компрессорное масло в компрессоре.

    4. Выключите двигатель.

    5. Соберите хладагент из системы кондиционирования с помощью установки регенерации хладагента.

  3. PRECAUTION

    Note

    After turning the ignition switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the battery terminal notice before proceeding with work Click here.

  4. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

  5. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM POSITIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

  6. REMOVE OIL COOLER ASSEMBLY (for Automatic Transaxle)


    1. A01IUNB

      Slide the 2 clips and disconnect the 2 oil cooler hoses from the oil cooler assembly.

    2. Remove the 3 bolts, nut and oil cooler assembly.

  7. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER


    1. A01IRQL

      Remove the 6 bolts and 10 clips.

    2. Remove the No. 1 engine under cover.

  8. REMOVE FRONT LOWER BUMPER ABSORBER


    1. A01IOQE

      Remove the 2 clips.

    2. A01IPJ8

      Remove the 4 bolts.

    3. Detach the 2 hooks of the front lower bumper absorber from the installation holes in the body and remove the front lower bumper absorber.

  9. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT


    1. Ослабьте пробку сливного крана радиатора.

      Tech Tips

      Слейте охлаждающую жидкость в контейнер и утилизируйте ее в соответствии с местными требованиями.

    2. Снимите пробку расширительного бачка радиатора.

      CAUTION:

      Не снимайте пробку расширительного бачка радиатора и пробку выпуска воздуха, пока двигатель и радиатор не остынут. Выброс горячей охлаждающей жидкости и пара под давлением может стать причиной серьезных ожогов.

  10. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE COVER


    1. A01INMI

      Hold the rear of the No. 1 engine cover and slowly raise it to detach the clip on the rear of the No. 1 engine cover. Continue to raise the No. 1 engine cover to detach the 3 clips on the front and side of the No. 1 engine cover and remove the No. 1 engine cover.

      Note

      Attempting to disengage both front and rear clips at the same time may cause the No. 1 engine cover to break.

  11. REMOVE BATTERY CLAMP SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01IP71

      Remove the bolt and loosen the nut.

    2. Detach the hook of the battery clamp sub-assembly from the battery carrier, and then remove the battery clamp sub-assembly.

  12. REMOVE BATTERY INSULATOR

  13. REMOVE BATTERY

  14. REMOVE BATTERY TRAY

  15. REMOVE BATTERY CARRIER


    1. A01ISD1

      Detach the 2 clamps and disconnect the wire harness.

    2. Remove the 4 bolts and battery carrier.

  16. DISCONNECT AMBIENT TEMPERATURE SENSOR

    1. Отсоедините разъем.

      Tech Tips

      Конец отвертки перед использованием следует изолировать защитной клейкой лентой.

  17. REMOVE LOW PITCHED HORN ASSEMBLY

      Выверните болт.

    2. Отсоедините разъем звукового сигнала и снимите низкочастотный звуковой сигнал в сборе.

  18. REMOVE NO. 1 RADIATOR SIDE AIR SEAL


    1. A01IRL6

      Remove the No. 1 radiator side air seal.

  19. REMOVE NO. 2 RADIATOR SIDE AIR SEAL


    1. A01INCG

      Remove the No. 2 radiator side air seal.

  20. REMOVE NO. 3 WATER BY-PASS HOSE


    1. A01IQOI

      Detach the hose clamp.

    2. Slide the 2 clamps and remove the No. 3 water by-pass hose.

    3. A01IRP9

      Disconnect the 3 connectors and detach the clamp.

  21. DISCONNECT NO. 1 WATER HOSE CLAMP BRACKET


    1. A01IPCF

      Slide the clamp and disconnect the No. 1 radiator hose from the No. 1 water hose clamp bracket.

    2. Detach the 2 hose clamps from the No. 2 by-pass water hose.

    3. Remove the 2 bolts and disconnect the No. 1 water hose clamp bracket from the radiator support.

  22. REMOVE INJECTOR DRIVER


    1. A01IPA6

      Detach the clamp and disconnect the 4 injector driver connectors.

    2. A01IOBA

      Remove the 3 bolts and injector driver.

    3. A01IO2Q

      Remove the 4 screws and injector driver bracket.

  23. REMOVE NO. 1 RADIATOR HOSE


    1. A01IUM8

      Slide the 2 clamps and remove the No. 1 radiator hose.

  24. DISCONNECT NO. 2 RADIATOR HOSE


    1. A01IOKO

      Slide the clamp and disconnect the No. 2 radiator hose from the water inlet.

  25. REMOVE INTERCOOLER AIR HOSE (for Manual Transaxle)

      Loosen the hose clamp and disconnect the intercooler air hose from the No. 1 air tube.

    2. Pull out the retainer and remove the intercooler air hose from the intercooler.

  26. REMOVE INTERCOOLER AIR HOSE (for Automatic Transaxle)

      Detach the clamp.

    2. Remove the bolt and wire harness bracket.

    3. A01IUQH

      Loosen the 2 hose clamps.

    4. Remove the intercooler air hose from the No. 1 air tube and intercooler.

  27. REMOVE NO. 3 AIR HOSE


    1. A01IMYT

      Loosen the 2 clamps.

    2. Remove the No. 3 air hose from the No. 2 air tube and throttle body.

  28. DISCONNECT DISCHARGE HOSE SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Air Conditioning System)


    1. A01IUGE

      Выверните болт и отсоедините трубопровод высокого давления в сборе от конденсатора.

    2. Снимите с трубопровода высокого давления кольцевое уплотнение.

      Note

  29. DISCONNECT SUCTION PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Air Conditioning System)

      Выверните болт и отсоедините трубку и обвязку системы кондиционирования в сборе от конденсатора.

    2. Снимите кольцевое уплотнение с трубки и обвязки системы кондиционирования в сборе.

      Note

      Для предотвращения проникновения влаги и загрязняющих веществ герметизируйте отверстия отсоединенных деталей с помощью виниловой ленты.

  30. REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT (for Manual Transaxle)

      Remove the 2 bolts and 2 upper radiator supports.

  31. REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT (for Automatic Transaxle)


    1. A01IRTC

      Remove the 2 bolts and 2 upper radiator supports.

  32. REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the 2 radiator support cushions.

    2. A01IN1Q

      Remove the 4 bolts and 2 upper radiator supports.

  33. REMOVE HOOD LOCK ASSEMBLY


    1. Для моделей с левосторонним рулевым управлением:

        Выверните 3 болта и снимите замок капота.

  34. REMOVE HOOD LOCK SUPPORT SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01IQCM

      Remove the 4 bolts and hood lock support sub-assembly.

  35. REMOVE CONDENSER ASSEMBLY WITH RECEIVER (w/ Air Conditioning System)

  36. REMOVE RADIATOR ASSEMBLY

      Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 2 vacuum transmitting hose.

    2. A01IP4Y

      for Automatic Transaxle:

      Slide the 2 hose clips, and then disconnect the 2 oil cooler hoses.

    3. A01INA2

      Push the side of the radiator with intercooler towards the transaxle as shown in the illustration, and lift the radiator with intercooler upward out of the vehicle to remove it.

      Note

      w/ Air Conditioning System:

      Do not apply any excessive force to the cooler condenser pipe when removing the radiator assembly.

    4. Remove the 2 radiator lower support cushions.

  37. REMOVE NO. 2 RADIATOR HOSE

      Slide the clamp and remove the No. 2 radiator hose.

  38. REMOVE NO. 2 AIR TUBE


    1. Disconnect the air temperature sensor connector.

    2. A01IUMA

      Loosen the hose clamp.

    3. Remove the bolt and No. 2 air tube.

  39. REMOVE OIL COOLER HOSE TUBE SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Automatic Transaxle)


    1. A01INV1

      Detach the 3 clamps and slide the 2 clips.

    2. Disconnect the 2 hoses of the oil cooler hose tube from the radiator.

    3. Remove the bolt, and remove the oil cooler hose tube sub-assembly.

  40. REMOVE NO. 1 VACUUM TRANSMITTING PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 3 bolts, detach the clamp from the lower radiator support, and then remove the No. 1 vacuum transmitting pipe.

  41. REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR SUPPORT SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Remove the 2 bolts, detach the clamp from the vacuum transmitting pipe, and then remove the lower radiator support LH.

    2. Remove the 2 bolts and lower radiator support RH.

  42. REMOVE INTERCOOLER ASSEMBLY

    1. Slide the clamp and disconnect the No. 1 vacuum transmitting hose from the intercooler assembly.

    2. Remove the 4 bolts and intercooler assembly.
