ECM УСТАНОВКА


  1. INSTALL ECM


    1. Install the 2 brackets to the ECM with the 4 screws.

      Torque:
      3.0 N*m  { 31 kgf*cm, 27 in.*lbf }

    2. Install the ECM with bracket with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      8.0 N*m  { 82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf }
    3. A01IPY2

      Connect the 2 ECM connectors and lower the 2 levers.

      Note


      • When connecting the connector, make sure that dirt, water or other foreign matter is not stuck between the connector and ECM.

      • Make sure that the 2 levers are securely lowered.

  2. INSTALL NO. 2 AIR CLEANER INLET


    1. Install the No. 2 air cleaner inlet with the bolt.

      Torque:
      7.0 N*m  { 71 kgf*cm, 62 in.*lbf }

  3. INSTALL NO. 1 AIR CLEANER INLET


    1. Attach the 2 claws and install the No. 1 air cleaner inlet.

    2. Install the clip.

  4. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CASE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Установите корпус воздушного фильтра и закрепите его 3 болтами.

      Torque:
      7,0 Н*м  { 71 кгс*см, 62 фунт-сила-дюйма }

  5. INSTALL AIR CLEANER FILTER ELEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

  6. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Подсоедините шланг воздушного фильтра к турбонагнетателю и надвиньте хомут, чтобы закрепить его.

      Tech Tips

      Ориентация шлангового зажима показана на рисунке.

    2. Присоедините 4 зажима, чтобы закрепить крышку воздушного фильтра.

    3. Подсоедините шланг системы принудительной вентиляции картера к головке блока цилиндров и надвиньте хомут, чтобы закрепить его.

    4. Подсоедините разъем датчика массового расхода воздуха и закрепите зажимом.

  7. INSTALL RADIATOR SUPPORT OPENING COVER


    1. Attach the 4 hooks to install the radiator support opening cover.

    2. Install the 3 clips.

  8. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE COVER


    1. A01INMI

      Attach the 4 clips to install the No. 1 engine cover.

  9. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

  10. PERFORM REGISTRATION

  11. PERFORM INITIALIZATION

    Click here

  12. PERFORM THROTTLE VALVE FULLY CLOSED POSITION LEARNING

    Tech Tips

    Be sure to turn off the ignition switch before performing this inspection.


    1. Turn the ignition switch to ON.

    2. Turn the ignition switch off and wait 10 seconds.

      Tech Tips

      The fully closed position of the diesel throttle valve is learned when the ignition switch is turned off.
