If any of the following DTCs are stored, the ECM enters fail-safe mode to allow the vehicle to be driven temporarily.

P0122 Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch "A" Circuit Low Regeneration of the particulate filter is prohibited
P0123 Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch "A" Circuit High Regeneration of the particulate filter is prohibited
P0192 Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor "A" Circuit Low Regeneration of the particulate filter is prohibited
P0193 Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor "A" Circuit High Regeneration of the particulate filter is prohibited
P0234 Turbocharger/Supercharger "A" Overboost Condition

  • The torque is reduced

  • Vehicle should not be driven at full load, as components may become damaged

  • Regeneration of the particulate filter is prohibited
P0237 Turbocharger/Supercharger Boost Sensor "A" Circuit Low

  • The engine power is reduced

  • Regeneration of the particulate filter is prohibited

  • If there is a risk of damage to the exhaust turbochanger, vehicle should not be driven at full load
P0238 Turbocharger/Supercharger Boost Sensor "A" Circuit High

  • The engine power is reduced

  • Regeneration of the particulate filter is prohibited
P0299 Turbocharger/Supercharger "A" Underboost Condition Regeneration of the particulate filter is prohibited
P0545 Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor Circuit Low Bank 1 Sensor 1 Regeneration of the particulate filter is prohibited
P1000 Low Idle Correction Exceeding the Maximum Drift Limit Regeneration of the particulate filter is prohibited
P1092 Maximum Positive Deviation of Rail Pressure Exceeded Concerning Set Flow of Fuel The torque is limited
P1412 Dynamic Plausibility Test Regeneration of the particulate filter is prohibited
P1438 Diesel Particulate Filter Overload Vehicle can be driven, but maximum speed is reduced until DTC is cleared
P1439 Incomplete Regeneration of Particulate Filter The torque is limited and engine power loss occurs
P14A0 Exhaust Gas Back Pressure Sensor Circuit Low Regeneration of the particulate filter is prohibited
P14A1 Exhaust Gas Back Pressure Sensor Circuit High Regeneration of the particulate filter is prohibited
P2228 Barometric Pressure Sensor "A" Circuit Low Regeneration of the particulate filter is prohibited
P2229 Barometric Pressure Sensor "A" Circuit High Regeneration of the particulate filter is prohibited
P2279 Intake Air System Leak Regeneration of the particulate filter is prohibited
P2620 Throttle Position Output Circuit/Open Regeneration of the particulate filter is prohibited
