КОРПУС ДРОССЕЛЬНОЙ ЗАСЛОНКИ ДИЗЕЛЬНОГО ДВИГАТЕЛЯ УСТАНОВКА


  1. INSTALL DIESEL THROTTLE BODY ASSEMBLY


    1. Connect the diesel throttle body assembly connector.

    2. Install a new gasket to the air tube assembly.

    3. Attach the 2 claws and install the air tube assembly to the diesel throttle body assembly.

    4. Install a new gasket and the diesel throttle body assembly with air tube assembly with the 3 bolts.

      Torque:
      8.0 N*m  { 82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf }

    5. Install the bolt and connect the air tube assembly to the cylinder block sub-assembly.

      Tech Tips

      Refer to "SPECIFICATIONS - STANDARD BOLT" for the tightening torque.

    6. Attach the clamp and connect the No. 7 engine wire connector.

    7. Connect the intake air temperature sensor connector.

    8. Attach the water by-pass hose assembly and radiator hose sub-assembly to the air tube assembly.

  2. INSTALL NO. 3 AIR HOSE


    1. Install the No. 3 air hose to the air tube assembly and tighten the hose clamp.

  3. INSTALL WIRE HARNESS CLAMP BRACKET


    1. Install the wire harness clamp bracket with the bolt.

      Tech Tips

      Refer to "SPECIFICATIONS - STANDARD BOLT" for the tightening torque.

    2. Using a T27 "TORX" socket wrench, install the 2 bolts.

      Tech Tips

      Refer to "SPECIFICATIONS - STANDARD BOLT" for the tightening torque.

    3. A01ITUN

      Attach the 2 clamps.
