DESCRIPTION

The hybrid vehicle control ECU assembly monitors the ST signal received from the certification ECU (smart key ECU assembly). When an error is detected in the ST signal, this DTC is stored.

Tech Tips

After the repair, clear the DTCs and perform the following procedure to check that DTCs are not output.


  1. Turn the power switch off and wait for 30 seconds or more.

  2. Turn the power switch to on (READY) and wait for 15 seconds or more.

  3. Turn the power switch off and wait for 30 seconds or more.

  1. CHECK CONNECTOR CONNECTION CONDITION (HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL ECU ASSEMBLY CONNECTOR)

  2. CHECK CONNECTOR CONNECTION CONDITION (CERTIFICATION ECU (SMART KEY ECU ASSEMBLY) CONNECTOR)


    1. Check the connector connection condition of the certification ECU (smart key ECU assembly).

      Tech Tips

      Refer to the Service Bulletin for the installation position.

  3. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (ST2 TERMINAL VOLTAGE)


    1. Turn the power switch off.
