SUB RADIATOR INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL RADIATOR ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. 

      Install the radiator assembly with the 4 bolts.

      Torque:

      Bolt A

      5.0 N*m  { 51 kgf*cm, 44 in.*lbf }

      Bolt B

      9.0 N*m  { 92 kgf*cm, 80 in.*lbf }

   2. 

      Text in Illustration

      *a	Alignment Mark
      *b	Rib
      *c	120°
      *d	135°
      *e	1 to 5 mm (0.0394 to 0.197 in.)

      Connect the 2 water hoses to the radiator assembly.

      Note

      
      

      • Make sure that the clip is positioned as shown in the illustration.

      • Make sure to align the alignment marks of the hoses with the ribs of the radiator assembly.

      • Do not remove the pieces of cloth or plastic bags from the pipes and disconnected hoses until installation.

2. INSTALL RADIATOR SIDE DEFLECTOR RH

   
   

   1. Engage the 3 claws to install the radiator side deflector RH.

3. INSTALL UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT

4. INSTALL HOOD LOCK ASSEMBLY

5. INSTALL RADIATOR RESERVE TANK ASSEMBLY

6. INSTALL NO. 5 INVERTER BRACKET

   Click here

7. INSTALL INLET AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY

   Click here

8. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

9. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER

   Click here

10. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

    Click here

11. ADD COOLANT (for Inverter)

    Click here

12. INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK (for Inverter)
