SUB RADIATOR REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. DRAIN COOLANT (for Inverter)

  2. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  3. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER

    Click here

  4. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  5. REMOVE INLET AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  6. REMOVE NO. 5 INVERTER BRACKET

    Click here

  7. REMOVE RADIATOR RESERVE TANK ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  8. REMOVE HOOD LOCK ASSEMBLY (for LHD)

    Click here

  9. REMOVE HOOD LOCK ASSEMBLY (for RHD)

    Click here

  10. REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT

    Click here

  11. REMOVE RADIATOR SIDE DEFLECTOR RH


    1. A00061U

      Disengage the 3 claws and remove the radiator side deflector RH.

  12. REMOVE RADIATOR ASSEMBLY


    1. A0007HN

      Disconnect the 2 water hoses from the radiator assembly.

      Note

      Put pieces of cloth into the pipes and in the disconnected hoses or cover the pipes and hoses with plastic bags to prevent entry of foreign matter.

    2. A0004FU

      Remove the 4 bolts and radiator assembly.
