WATER PUMP WITH MOTOR REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. DRAIN COOLANT (for Inverter)

    Click here

  2. REMOVE INVERTER RESERVE TANK ASSEMBLY


    1. A0008ZT

      Remove the 2 bolts and inverter reserve tank assembly.

  3. REMOVE INVERTER WATER PUMP ASSEMBLY


    1. A0004ZS

      Disconnect the water hose from the inverter water pump assembly.

      Note

      Put pieces of cloth into the pipe and in the disconnected hose or cover the pipe and hose with plastic bags to prevent entry of foreign matter.

    2. A0005S1

      Disconnect the connector from the inverter water pump assembly.

      Note

      Apply insulating tape to the connectors of the wire harness and inverter water pump assembly to prevent the entry of coolant.

    3. Remove the 3 bolts from the inverter water pump assembly.

    4. A0004AT

      Disconnect the water hose from the inverter water pump assembly and remove the inverter water pump assembly.

      Note

      Put pieces of cloth into the pipe and in the disconnected hose or cover the pipe and hose with plastic bags to prevent entry of foreign matter.
