COMPRESSOR INSPECTION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSPECT COMPRESSOR WITH PULLEY ASSEMBLY


    1. Inspect the compressor with magnet clutch assembly.

        Component without harness connected

        (Compressor with Pulley Assembly)

        Apply battery voltage to the clutch and check the operation of the clutch.

        OK
        Measurement Condition Specified Condition

        Battery positive (+) → Terminal 1

        Battery negative (-) → Body ground

        		 Magnet clutch is engaged

        If the result is not as specified, replace the compressor with magnet clutch assembly.
