PROCEDURE


  1. INSPECT REAR SEAT INNER WITH CENTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Seat Belt Warning System)


    1. for LH:

        Component without harness connected

        (Rear Seat Inner with Center Belt Assembly LH)

        Check the resistance.

        Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance
        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        M32-4 (LBR+) - M32-5 (LBR-) Rear seat belt LH unfastened Below 1 Ω
        Rear seat belt LH fastened 10 kΩ or higher

        If the result is not as specified, replace the rear seat inner with center belt assembly LH.

    2. for CENTER:

        Component without harness connected

        (Rear Seat Inner with Center Belt Assembly LH)

        Check the resistance.

        Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance
        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        M33-1 (CBR+) - M33-2 (CBR-) Rear seat center belt unfastened Below 1 Ω
        Rear seat center belt fastened 10 kΩ or higher

        If the result is not as specified, replace the rear seat inner with center belt assembly LH.
