SEAT BELT WARNING LIGHT INSPECTION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSPECT SEAT BELT WARNING LIGHT (CLOCK ASSEMBLY)


    1. Check illumination.

        Component without harness connected

        (Seat Belt Warning Light (Clock Assembly))
        *b LH Light
        *c Center Light
        *d RH Light

        Apply battery voltage to the seat belt warning light (clock assembly) and check that it illuminates.

        OK
        Condition Specified Condition

        Battery positive (+) → Terminal 1 (IG+)

        Battery negative (-) → Terminal 12 (RLID)

        		 LH light illuminates

        Battery positive (+) → Terminal 1 (IG+)

        Battery negative (-) → Terminal 13 (RCID)

        		 Center light illuminates

        Battery positive (+) → Terminal 1 (IG+)

        Battery negative (-) → Terminal 14 (RRID)

        		 RH light illuminates

        If the result is not as specified, replace the seat belt warning light (clock assembly).
