IMMOBILISER SYSTEM(w/o Entry and Start System) DTC CHECK / CLEAR

CHECK FOR TRANSPONDER KEY ECU ASSEMBLY DTC

1. Connect the GTS to the DLC3.

2. Turn the ignition switch to ON.

3. Turn the GTS on.

4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Immobiliser / Trouble Codes.

   
   Body Electrical > Immobiliser > Trouble Codes

5. Check for DTCs.

CHECK FOR ECM DTC

1. Connect the GTS to the DLC3.

2. Turn the ignition switch to ON.

3. Turn the GTS on.

4. Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Engine*1 or Engine and ECT*2 / Trouble Codes.

   
   

   • *1: for 8NR-FTS

   • *2: 3ZR-FAE

   
   

   1. for 8NR-FTS:

      
      Powertrain > Engine > Trouble Codes

   2. for 3ZR-FAE:

      
      Powertrain > Engine and ECT > Trouble Codes

5. Check for DTCs.

CLEAR TRANSPONDER KEY ECU ASSEMBLY DTC

1. Connect the GTS to the DLC3.

2. Turn the ignition switch to ON.

3. Turn the GTS on.

4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Immobiliser / Trouble Codes.

   
   Body Electrical > Immobiliser > Clear DTCs

5. Clear the DTCs.

CLEAR ECM DTC

1. Connect the GTS to the DLC3.

2. Turn the ignition switch to ON.

3. Turn the GTS on.

4. Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Engine*1 or Engine and ECT*2/ Trouble Codes.

   
   

   • *1: for 8NR-FTS

   • *2: 3ZR-FAE

   
   

   1. for 8NR-FTS:

      
      Powertrain > Engine > Clear DTCs

   2. for 3ZR-FAE:

      
      Powertrain > Engine and ECT > Trouble Codes

5. Clear the DTCs.
