BATTERY CURRENT SENSOR REMOVAL

CAUTION / NOTICE / HINT

The necessary procedures (adjustment, calibration, initialization, or registration) that must be performed after parts are removed, installed, or replaced during the battery state sensor assembly removal/installation are shown below.

PROCEDURE


  1. PRECAUTION

    Note

    After turning the ignition switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal notices before proceeding with work.

  2. REMOVE BATTERY STATE SENSOR ASSEMBLY


    1. A001WNJ

      Remove the nut to disconnect the engine wire from the battery state sensor assembly.

    2. A001UO4

      Loosen the nut and disconnect the battery state sensor assembly from the battery.

    3. A001TXA

      Disconnect the battery state sensor assembly connector.

    4. Disengage the clamp and disconnect the engine wire from the battery state sensor assembly.

    5. A001TV8

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the battery state sensor assembly from the battery current sensor holder.
