GENERATOR(for VALEO Made) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL GENERATOR ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Install the generator assembly with the bolt and 2 nuts.

      Torque:

      25 N*m  { 255 kgf*cm, 18 ft.*lbf }

   2. Connect the generator assembly connector.

   3. Connect the engine wire to the terminal B with the nut.

      Torque:

      9.8 N*m  { 100 kgf*cm, 87 in.*lbf }

   4. Install the terminal cap.

2. INSTALL INTERCOOLER ASSEMBLY

3. INSTALL FAN AND GENERATOR V BELT

   Click here

4. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

   Note

   When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.
