QUARTER TRIM SPEAKER INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL NO. 1 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY WITH BOX

   Note

   Do not touch the speaker cone.

   
   

   1. 

      Engage the claws to install the No. 1 speaker assembly with box.

   2. Install the 4 bolts.

      Torque:

      12.5 N*m  { 127 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf }

   3. Connect the connector.

2. INSTALL DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY RH

   Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

3. INSTALL DECK TRIM REAR COVER

4. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH RH

   Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

5. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK HINGE SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

   Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

6. CONNECT REAR DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP RH

7. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH

8. INSTALL BENCH TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY

9. INSTALL DECK FLOOR BOX LH (w/ Deck Floor Box)

10. INSTALL DECK FLOOR BOX RH (w/ Deck Floor Box)

11. INSTALL SPARE WHEEL CUSHION (w/ Deck Board)
