CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER(for LHD) REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONER UNIT ASSEMBLY

2. REMOVE BRAKE BOOSTER ASSEMBLY

   Click here

3. DISCONNECT CLUTCH RESERVOIR TUBE

   
   

   1. 

      Slide the hose clip and disconnect the clutch reservoir tube from the clutch master cylinder assembly.

      Tech Tips

      Use a container to collect the fluid.

4. DISCONNECT CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER TO FLEXIBLE HOSE TUBE

   
   

   1. 

      Using a 10 mm union nut wrench, disconnect the clutch master cylinder to flexible hose tube from the clutch master cylinder assembly.

      Tech Tips

      Use a container to collect the fluid.

5. DISCONNECT CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER ASSEMBLY

6. REMOVE CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. 

      Remove the 2 nuts and clutch master cylinder assembly from the body.
