RADIATOR REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER

    Click here

  2. DRAIN COOLANT (for Intercooler)

    Click here

  3. REMOVE INTERCOOLER RESERVE TANK ASSEMBLY


    1. A001XSL

      Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 1 intercooler cooling water hose from the intercooler reserve tank assembly.

    2. A001SB6

      Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 2 intercooler cooling water hose from the intercooler reserve tank assembly.

    3. A001VI6

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the intercooler reserve tank assembly from the fan shroud assembly.

  4. REMOVE RADIATOR ASSEMBLY AND FAN SHROUD ASSEMBLY

  5. REMOVE INTERCOOLER COOLING RADIATOR ASSEMBLY


    1. A001X17

      Disengage the 2 claws.

    2. A001Y6J

      Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 6 intercooler cooling water hose from the intercooler cooling radiator assembly.

    3. A001TVQ

      Remove the intercooler cooling radiator assembly from the radiator assembly and fan shroud assembly.

  6. REMOVE NO. 6 INTERCOOLER COOLING WATER HOSE


    1. A001Y5S

      Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 6 intercooler cooling water hose from water hose joint.

    2. Disengage the clamp to disconnect the No. 6 intercooler cooling water hose from the fan shroud assembly.

  7. REMOVE NO. 5 INTERCOOLER COOLING WATER HOSE


    1. A001VQK

      Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 5 intercooler cooling water hose from water hose joint.

    2. Disengage the 2 clamps to disconnect the No. 5 intercooler cooling water hose from the fan shroud.
