WATER PUMP REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER

    Click here

  2. DRAIN COOLANT (for Intercooler)

    Click here

  3. DISCONNECT NO. 5 INTERCOOLER COOLING WATER HOSE

      Disconnect the electric water pump assembly connector.

    2. A001X9H

      Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 5 intercooler cooling water hose from the electric water pump assembly.

  4. DISCONNECT NO. 2 INTERCOOLER COOLING WATER HOSE


    1. A001ULR

      Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 2 intercooler cooling water hose from the electric water pump assembly.

  5. REMOVE ELECTRIC WATER PUMP ASSEMBLY


    1. A001WG7

      Remove the 2 bolts and electric water pump assembly from the fan shroud.
