PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE QUARTER PILLAR COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

    Tech Tips

    When removing the quarter pillar cover sub-assembly, heat the vehicle body and quarter pillar cover sub-assembly using a heat light.

    Heating Temperature
    Item Temperature
    Quarter Pillar Cover Sub-assembly 20 to 30°C (68 to 86°F)

    Note

    Do not heat the vehicle body or quarter pillar cover sub-assembly excessively.


    1. Using a heat light, heat the quarter pillar cover sub-assembly.

      Disengage the clips and guide to remove the quarter pillar cover sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

      Tech Tips

      When removing the quarter pillar cover sub-assembly, peel off the double-sided tape.
