GRILLE SHUTTER REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER

  3. REMOVE LOWER FRONT BUMPER ABSORBER

  4. REMOVE THERMISTOR ASSEMBLY

  5. REMOVE RADIATOR SHUTTER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Disconnect the connector.

    2. Disengage the 3 clamps.

      B006IFV Remove in this Direction

      Disengage the 2 claws as shown in the illustration to remove the cooler thermistor bracket.

    4. Remove the 3 bolts.

      B006IFV Remove in this Direction

      Disengage the 2 guides as shown in the illustration to remove the radiator shutter sub-assembly.
