DESCRIPTION

This DTC is stored when the rain sensor detects an internal malfunction.

Either of the Following conditions are ,et for auxiliary battery 9.5 V or more.


  • Rain sensor temperature is abnormal for 10 seconds or more.

  • Output of the LED built into the rain sensor is abnormal for 2 seconds or more.

PROCEDURE


  1. CLEAR DTC


    1. Connect the GTS to the DLC3.

    2. Turn the power switch on (IG).

    3. Turn the GTS on.

    4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Rain Sensor / Clear DTCs.

    5. Clear the DTCs.


      Body Electrical > Rain Sensor > Clear DTCs

  2. CHECK FOR DTC


    1. Connect the GTS to the DLC3.

    2. Turn the power switch on (IG).

    3. Turn the GTS on.

    4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Rain Sensor / Trouble Codes.

    5. Check for DTCs.


      Body Electrical > Rain Sensor > Trouble Codes
