PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL PASSENGER AIRBAG ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE NO. 1 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A003OLR

      Remove the 4 screws <E> or <F> and No. 1 heater to register duct sub-assembly.

  3. REMOVE NO. 2 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A003JYG

      Remove the 4 screws <E> or <F> and No. 2 heater to register duct sub-assembly.

  4. REMOVE NO. 2 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT


    1. A003LW0

      Remove the 2 screws <E> or <F> and No. 2 heater to register duct.

  5. REMOVE NO. 2 KNEE PROTECTOR BRACKET (for LHD)


    1. A003NKZ

      Remove the 2 screws <E> and No. 2 knee protector bracket.

  6. REMOVE NO. 3 KNEE PROTECTOR BRACKET (for LHD)


    1. A003LV6

      Remove the 2 screws <E> and No. 3 knee protector bracket.

  7. REMOVE ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY

  8. REMOVE ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY (for RHD)

  9. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 4 screws <E> and lower instrument cover sub-assembly.

  10. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 7 screws <E>.

    2. A003O5H

      Disengage the 4 clips and guide to remove lower instrument panel sub-assembly.
