EVAPORATOR PRESSURE REGULATOR REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. RECOVER REFRIGERANT FROM REFRIGERATION SYSTEM

    for HFC-134a (R134a):

  2. REMOVE NO. 2 COOLER PIPE PACKING


    1. A003MVY

      Remove the No. 2 cooler pipe packing.

  3. REMOVE EVAPORATOR PRESSURE REGULATOR


    1. A003LNY

      Remove the 2 bolts.

    2. Disconnect the cooler refrigerant suction pipe A and cooler refrigerant suction pipe B to remove the evaporator pressure regulator.

    3. Remove the 2 O-rings from the cooler refrigerant suction pipe A and cooler refrigerant suction pipe B.

      Note

      Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent entry of moisture and foreign matter.
