AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER REMOVAL

The necessary procedures (adjustment, calibration, initialization or registration) that must be performed after parts are removed and installed, or replaced during air conditioning amplifier removal/installation are shown below.

  1. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE ACCELERATOR PEDAL SENSOR ASSEMBLY (for LHD)

  3. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (for RHD)

  4. REMOVE LOWER CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

  5. REMOVE FRONT NO. 1 CONSOLE BOX INSERT

  6. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY


    1. for LHD:

        Disengage the clamp.

      2. Remove the screw.

      3. A003OKXC01
        B006IFV Remove in this Direction

        Disengage the guide as shown in the illustration.

      4. A003P4N

        Disconnect each connector and remove the air conditioning amplifier assembly.

    2. for RHD:


      1. A003LPW

        Disengage the clamp.

      2. Remove the screw.

      3. A003N98C01
        B006IFV Remove in this Direction

        Disengage the guide as shown in the illustration.

        Disconnect each connector and remove the air conditioning amplifier assembly.
