LOW PRESSURE MAGNETIC VALVE INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL LOW PRESSURE MAGNETIC VALVE


    1. Remove the vinyl tape from the low pressure magnetic valve.

    2. Sufficiently apply compressor oil to a new O-ring and the fitting surface of the No. 4 connector tube.

      Compressor Oil
      ND-OIL 11 or equivalent

    3. Install the O-ring to the No. 4 connector tube.

      Note

      Keep the O-ring and O-ring fitting surface free of foreign matter.

    4. A003P6VC02

      Install the low pressure magnetic valve with the bolt.

      Torque:
      9.8 N*m  { 100 kgf*cm, 87 in.*lbf }

      Note

      Make sure to install the low pressure magnetic valve with the arrow facing the direction shown in the illustration.

    5. Remove the vinyl tape from the valve to connector tube.

    6. Sufficiently apply compressor oil to a new O-ring and the fitting surface of the valve to connector tube.

    7. Install the O-ring to the valve to connector tube.

      Note

      Keep the O-ring and O-ring fitting surface free of foreign matter.

    8. Install the low pressure magnetic valve and connector tube with the bolt.

      Torque:
      9.8 N*m  { 100 kgf*cm, 87 in.*lbf }

  3. INSTALL COOLER REFRIGERANT LIQUID PIPE A

  4. INSTALL NO. 1 RECEIVER TANK BRACKET WITH NO. 5 COOLER BRACKET

  5. INSTALL NO. 6 COOLER BRACKET

  6. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING RECEIVER TANK WITH BRACKET

  7. INSTALL NO. 3 RECEIVER TANK BRACKET
