The necessary procedures (adjustment, calibration, initialization, or registration) that must be performed after parts are removed and installed, or replaced during low pressure magnetic valve removal/installation are shown below.

Note

As a pipe may deform or its joint may be damaged if force is applied to the pipe, do not carry the accumulator and accessory assembly by a pipe or apply excessive force to a pipe while performing work.

  1. REMOVE ACCUMULATOR AND ACCESSORY ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE NO. 3 RECEIVER TANK BRACKET

  3. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING RECEIVER TANK WITH BRACKET

  4. REMOVE NO. 6 COOLER BRACKET

    Click here

  5. REMOVE NO. 1 RECEIVER TANK BRACKET WITH NO. 5 COOLER BRACKET

  6. REMOVE COOLER REFRIGERANT LIQUID PIPE A

  7. REMOVE NO. 3 CONNECTOR TUBE

  8. REMOVE LOW PRESSURE MAGNETIC VALVE


    1. A003P0N

      Remove the bolt and low pressure magnetic valve with No. 4 connector tube.

    2. Remove the O-ring from the valve to connector tube.

      Note

      Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent entry of moisture and foreign matter.

      Remove the bolt and low pressure magnetic valve.

    4. Remove the O-ring from the No. 4 connector tube.

      Note

      Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent entry of moisture and foreign matter.
