HUMIDITY SENSOR INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING THERMISTOR TAPE (w/o Rain Sensor)

    Tech Tips

    The air conditioning thermistor tape is reusable. Only replace the tape if it is damaged or contaminated with foreign matter.


    1. Remove the air conditioning thermistor tape.

    2. Clean the air conditioning thermistor assembly sensing portion with a piece of cloth.

      Peel off the smaller release sheet, and then attach the air conditioning thermistor tape to the air conditioning thermistor assembly sensing portion as shown in the illustration.

      Tech Tips

      Use your fingers to push out any air bubbles from under the tape.

      A 14.4 mm (0.567 in.)
      B 7.25 mm (0.285 in.)

  3. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING THERMISTOR ASSEMBLY (w/o Rain Sensor)

      *a Stopper
      B006IR6 Lock
      B006IFV Install in this Direction

      Temporarily install the air conditioning thermistor assembly to the windshield glass as shown in the illustration.

    2. Push in the stopper to install the air conditioning thermistor assembly as shown in the illustration.

    3. Connect the connector.

  4. INSTALL RAIN SENSOR (w/ Rain Sensor)

  5. INSTALL SENSOR COVER (w/o Rain Sensor)

      Engage the guide and 2 claws to install the sensor cover.
