HEAT EXCHANGER TEMPERATURE SENSOR INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL HEAT EXCHANGER TEMPERATURE SENSOR


    1. Install the heat exchanger temperature sensor with the piping clamp.

    2. Engage the clamp.

    3. Remove any remaining No. 1 cooler pipe packing from the heat exchanger temperature sensor and No. 2 cooler refrigerant discharge hose.

    4. Remove the release paper from a new No. 1 cooler pipe packing.

      *2 Piping Clamp
      *3 No. 1 Cooler Pipe Packing
      *4 No. 2 Cooler Refrigerant Discharge Hose

      *b Installation Angle (90°)

      Install the No. 1 cooler pipe packing as shown in the illustration.

    6. Connect the connector.
