EVAPORATOR PIPE TEMPERATURE SENSOR INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL EVAPORATOR PIPE TEMPERATURE SENSOR


    1. Install the evaporator pipe temperature sensor with the piping clamp.

    2. Engage the claw.

    3. Remove any remaining No. 2 cooler pipe packing from the evaporator pipe temperature sensor and suction tube sub-assembly.

    4. Remove the release paper from a new No. 2 cooler pipe packing.

      *b Installation Angle (90°)

      Install the No. 2 cooler pipe packing as shown in the illustration.

    6. for LHD:


      1. Connect the connector.

      2. Install a new wire harness clamp.

    7. for RHD:


      1. Connect the connector.

      2. Engage the clamp.
