INTERNAL CONDENSER TEMPERATURE SENSOR INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL INTERNAL CONDENSER TEMPERATURE SENSOR


    1. Install the internal condenser temperature sensor with the piping clamp.

  2. INSTALL COOLER PACKING


    1. Remove any remaining cooler packing from the internal condenser temperature sensor and No. 1 discharge tube.

    2. Remove the release paper from a new cooler packing.

    3. for LHD:


      1. A003NMKC01
        *1 Internal Condenser Temperature Sensor
        *2 Piping Clamp
        *3 Cooler Packing
        *4 No. 1 Discharge Tube

        Install the cooler packing as shown in the illustration.

        Note

        Make sure to install the cooler packing so that its ends are on the opposite side of the internal condenser temperature sensor as shown in the illustration.

    4. for RHD:


      1. A003KDMC02
        *1 Internal Condenser Temperature Sensor
        *2 Piping Clamp
        *3 Cooler Packing
        *4 No. 1 Discharge Tube
        *a View A

        Install the cooler packing as shown in the illustration.

        Note

        Make sure to install the cooler packing so that its ends are on the opposite side of the internal condenser temperature sensor as shown in the illustration.

  3. INSTALL NO. 1 DISCHARGE TUBE
