B14AC High Pressure Magnetic Valve Circuit

DESCRIPTION

The high pressure magnetic valve is installed to the accumulator and accessory assembly and is open when the power switch is off. When the power switch is on (IG), the high pressure magnetic valve opens or closes according to the heat pump air-conditioning control. When the heat pump air-conditioning control is in cooling/series heating/heating/gas injection heating mode, the high pressure magnetic valve is closed based on the signal from the heat pump ECU assembly. When the heat pump air-conditioning control is in parallel heating mode, the high pressure magnetic valve is open.

  1. INSPECT HEAT PUMP ECU ASSEMBLY

    1. Disconnect the A42 heat pump ECU assembly connector.

    2. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Voltage

  2. INSPECT HIGH PRESSURE MAGNETIC VALVE
