PRE-CRASH SAFETY SYSTEM WARNING BUZZER INSPECTION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSPECT SKID CONTROL BUZZER


    1. A003P86

      Make sure that there is no looseness in the locking part and connecting part of the connector.

    2. Disconnect the skid control buzzer connector.

    3. Check the connector and terminals for deformation and corrosion.

      OK
      No deformation or corrosion.

    4. Connect a positive (+) lead from the battery to terminal 1, and a negative (-) lead to terminal 2 of the skid control buzzer, and check that the buzzer sounds.

      OK
      The skid control buzzer sounds.

      If the result is not as specified, replace the skid control buzzer.
