CAUTION / NOTICE / HINT
Note
Depending on the parts that are replaced or operations that are performed during vehicle inspection or maintenance, calibration of other systems as well as the simple intelligent parking assist system may be needed.
If initialization is necessary while performing an inspection, perform initialization first and then proceed to the next step.

CHECK TIRE ROTATION
Check tire movement distance.
| *a | 5 Rotations | *b | Chalk Mark |
| *c | Movement Distance (A) | - | - |
On a level surface, center the steering wheel and stop the vehicle.
Apply chalk to a point on the tire and on the ground.
Drive the vehicle straight ahead, and stop the vehicle after the tire rotates 5 times.
Apply chalk to the ground at the same position as the chalk applied to the tire. Measure the movement distance (A). After measuring the movement distance (A), calculate the tire diameter using the following formula and check that it is within the standard range.
| Formula |
|---|
| Tire diameter (mm (ft.)) = Movement distance (A) (mm (ft.)) / 5 rotations / 3.14 |
| OK |
|---|
| 615 mm (2.017 ft.) |
