SIMPLE INTELLIGENT PARKING ASSIST SYSTEM TERMINALS OF ECU


  1. CLEARANCE WARNING ECU ASSEMBLY

    1. Disconnect the I28 clearance warning ECU assembly connector.

    2. Measure the voltage and resistance on the wire harness side connector according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Terminal No. (Symbol) Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
      I28-1 (IG) - I28-30 (E) L - W-B IG power source signal Power switch off Below 1 V
      Power switch on (IG) 11 to 14 V
      I28-30 (E) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.

    3. Reconnect the I28 clearance warning ECU assembly connector.

    4. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Terminal No. (Symbol) Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
      I28-29 (ISSW) - I28-30 (E) B - W-B S-IPA switch signal Power switch on (IG), S-IPA switch pressed Below 1 V
      Power switch on (IG), S-IPA switch not pressed 9.5 to 14 V

      If the result is not as specified, the clearance warning ECU assembly may be malfunctioning.
