NAVIGATION ECU REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH (for LHD)

  2. REMOVE CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  3. REMOVE RADIO AND DISPLAY RECEIVER ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  4. REMOVE NAVIGATION ECU WITH BRACKET

      B006IFV Remove in this Direction

      Disengage the 2 clips and 2 guides as shown in the illustration to remove the navigation ECU with bracket.

  5. REMOVE NO. 1 NAVIGATION WIRE

      Disconnect the 2 connectors.

    2. Disengage the clamp to remove the No. 1 navigation wire.

  6. REMOVE TELEPHONE ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A003KIO

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Disengage the 2 clamps to remove the telephone antenna cord sub-assembly.

  7. REMOVE NO. 1 RADIO BRACKET


    1. A003LEO

      Disengage the wiring harness clamp.

    2. A003KWW

      Remove the 2 screws and No. 1 radio bracket.

  8. REMOVE NO. 2 RADIO BRACKET


    1. A003KIH

      Remove the 2 screws and No. 2 radio bracket.

  9. REMOVE NAVIGATION ECU
