OIL PUMP REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE OIL PUMP WITH MOTOR ASSEMBLY


    1. A003N71C01
      *A for Rough Road Area Specification Vehicles
      B006IR6 Bolt
      B006IKP Clip

      Remove the 3 bolts and clip.

    2. for Rough Road Area Specification Vehicles:


      1. Remove the clip.

    3. Turn back the front fender liner LH.

    4. B006ITX

      Disconnect the oil pump with motor assembly connector.

    5. A003P6U

      Remove the bolt and nut and separate the oil pump with motor assembly from the vehicle body.

    6. A003OBXC01
      *1 Inlet Oil Cooler Hose
      *2 Outlet Oil Cooler Hose

      Slide the 2 clips and disconnect the inlet oil cooler hose and outlet oil cooler hose to remove the oil pump with motor assembly.

      Note

      Do not drop the oil pump with motor assembly.
