OIL PUMP INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL OIL PUMP WITH MOTOR ASSEMBLY

      *1 Inlet Oil Cooler Hose
      *2 Outlet Oil Cooler Hose
      *a Paint Mark
      *b 0 to 2 mm (0 to 0.0787 in.)
      *c 2 to 7 mm (0.0787 to 0.276 in.)
      *d Front of Vehicle
      *e 180°
      B006HNM Claw of Clip Location

      Connect the inlet oil cooler hose and outlet oil cooler hose to the oil pump with motor assembly and slide the 2 clips to secure them as shown in the illustration.

      Note

      Make sure to align the paint mark on each oil cooler hose with each arrow on the oil pump with motor assembly.

    2. Install the oil pump with motor assembly to the vehicle body with the bolt and nut.

      Torque:
      22.5 N*m  { 229 kgf*cm, 17 ft.*lbf }

    3. Connect the oil pump with motor assembly connector.

    4. Return the front fender liner LH to its original position.

    5. Install the front fender liner LH with the 3 bolts and clip.

    6. for Rough Road Area Specification Vehicles:


      1. Install the clip.

  2. INSPECT HYBRID TRANSAXLE FLUID
