CAUSE ANALYSIS (ENVIRONMENT/USER RELATED CAUSE) Perform cause analysis in the order of "Environment" and "User" categories as specified in the following tables. As the departure time setting is designed to complete charging by the set departure time, charging will be performed in a manner to complete charging before the set time. Interview customer and check the charging station. Click here Explain to the customer that plug-in charging may take longer than normal if the supplied AC voltage is low. Interview customer and check the charging station. Click here Plug-in charging may take longer than normal if the charging station has an electrical power management function. Refer to the user's manual for the charging station. Explain to the customer that if the temperature of the HV battery is changing, plug-in charging will take longer than normal. When the outside temperature is low, plug-in charging may take longer than normal due to the HV battery heater operation in order to ensure the EV driving distance. Explain to the customer that if an abnormally high temperature is detected on the power supply plug, the charging current may be reduced and the charging time will increase. Check if the electrical outlet is damaged or loose. Explain to the customer that timer charging operates in accordance with the set date (year/month/day) and time of the multi-information display not with the time of the navigation receiver assembly.
