The necessary procedures (adjustment, calibration, initialization, or registration) that must be performed after parts are removed and installed, or replaced during inlet AC charger cable removal/installation are shown below.

  1. PRECAUTION

    Note

    After turning the power switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal notices before proceeding with work.

    CAUTION:

    Wear insulated gloves.

      Disconnect the drain hose.

    2. B006IOQC01
      *a Green-colored Lock
      B006IEN Slide

      Disconnect the inlet AC charger cable connector (A).

    3. Using a screwdriver, slide the green-colored lock of the connector as shown in the illustration to release it and disconnect the inlet AC charger cable connector (B).

    4. Disengage the 4 clamps.

      Remove the bolt and disconnect the earth terminal.

    6. Remove the 4 nuts and inlet AC charger cable.

  50. REMOVE INLET AC CHARGER CABLE (w/ CABLE EV CHARGER LOCK ASSEMBLY)

    CAUTION:

    Wear insulated gloves.

      Disconnect the drain hose.

      *a Green-colored Lock
      B006IEN Slide

      Disconnect the inlet AC charger cable connector (A).

    3. Using a screwdriver, slide the green-colored lock of the connector as shown in the illustration to release it and disconnect the inlet AC charger cable connector (B).

    4. Disengage the 4 clamps.

      Disconnect the cable EV charger lock assembly connector.

      B006IKP Bolt

      Remove the bolt and disconnect the earth terminal.

    7. Remove the 4 nuts and inlet AC charger cable.

      Remove the pin and cable EV charger lock assembly from the inlet AC charger cable.
