FRONT BUMPER INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY


    1. A01MH0TC01
      B006JFV Install in this Direction

      Set the front bumper assembly on the vehicle.

      Note

      Do not fully install the front bumper assembly onto the vehicle.

    2. A01MI04

      Connect the 4 connectors.

    3. Engage the clamps.

      B006JFV Install in this Direction

      Align the positions of the claws on the front bumper assembly and front bumper bracket LH, and press the front bumper assembly as shown in the illustration to engage the claw.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side.

      B006JFV Install in this Direction

      Align the positions of the claws on the front bumper assembly and front bumper side support LH, and press the front bumper assembly as shown in the illustration to engage the claws.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side.

    6. Fold back a part of edge of the front fender liner as shown in the illustration, and install the clip and screw.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side.

      Install the 2 pin hold clips as shown in the illustration.

      Note

      Insert the pin hold clip with the slot aligned vertically. Do not rotate the clip after inserting it. After installation, confirm that the slot is aligned vertically.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side.

    8. Install the 8 screws.

    9. Install the front bumper assembly with the 6 bolts.

    10. Remove the protective tape.

  2. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL


    1. Install the cool air intake duct seal with the 11 clips.
