WASHER MOTOR REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. SEPARATE FC COOLING WATER ION EXCHANGER ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 3 bolts to separate the FC cooling water ion exchanger assembly.

  2. REMOVE WINDSHIELD WASHER MOTOR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY

      Disengage the clamp.

    2. Disconnect the 2 connectors.

    3. Remove the 2 bolts to separate the windshield washer jar assembly and the windshield washer motor and pump assembly.

      Disconnect the connector.

    5. Disconnect the washer hose.

      Tech Tips

      Use a container to collect the washer fluid.

    6. Remove the windshield washer motor and pump assembly as shown in the illustration.
